My old username and password won't work, how do I gain access to the member's only galleries, etc. 

Because our site is new, you will need to register.   All you do is click "register" just below the member's log in.  You can register with your email address and choose password at that time.  That should allow you the access you are needing. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your membership after your mandatory subscribe period is over, just email Paper Pretties with 2 weeks notice of date of transaction and we will process your request with in 5 business days.

Why do I need a user name and password if my box is shipped automatically each month?

Your username and password will allow you to participate in all of the other member privileges outlined in the membership agreement.

Can I shop in the "Pretties Boutique" even if I am not a member?

Yes, anyone may access the corner store and shop there, however only members will recieve a price discount.

Do you have an angel policy?

Yes, we do have an angel policy.  You may use the stamped images to create cards or other projects to sell, however, we do require that there is a copyright stamp on the back of the item.  Any electronic reproduction of any of Paper Pretties' images is strictly forbidden.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping estimates are subject to change based on the weight and size of the package due to the contents as well as increase in shipping rates through the postal services that are out of our hands.  Shipping is calculated directy through the postal service for accuracy.  Whay you pay for shipping is the price Canada post charges!For the Copic Club and the Nestabilities Now Club we charge approximately 6.00 shipping per package.

Who can join the Rak Groups?

Anyone who loves to give cards to brighten another's day may join the Rak Groups.

What is a Rak Group:

"Rak" stands for Random Act of Kindness.  That's what the Rak groups are all about.  Blessing someone else with an unexpected card!

Who may upload art work for the galleries:

Anyone may submit art work providing that it meets our terms of use policy.

What is your refund policy:

We will be happy to refund Pretties Boutique purchase if returned to us within 1 month of our ship date to you, unused in the original packaging, for the cost of the package only.  Shipping will not be refunded.
