Return Policy
In the event that something goes wrong with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at hlrcrafts@hotmail.com so we can try to make it right!
If you'd like to return an item, refunds are available for 30 days from purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund for the purchase price of your items. We do not refund shipping charges related to your purchase.

Website Typo Policy
We try to be as accurate as possible, but we are human, and occasionally an error in the description of our products will occur. Paper Pretties is not responsible for typos or errors in the text description of each product. The photo provided for each product represents the product that you will receive, and in the case of stamp sets, all stamps included in the set are represented in the photo.
Angel Policy
All of our stamp designs are original artwork created and copyrighted by Paper Pretties. Paper Pretties stamps are for personal and non-commercial use only. However, our valued stampers may use our products to produce any creations they would like, which can include selling or otherwise distributing these creations in limited quantities.
All use of our designs is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All stamp impressions must be made by hand and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
2. Copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, swapping, reselling or posting online our images - except as demonstration photos of your finished projects is prohibited.
3. Quantities are limited to projects that are limited in scope, local in nature, and otherwise do not constitue an ongoing business. Additionally, quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of 50 or less hand-stamped impressions per stamp image. The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business, an/or for an endeavor that is not local in nature, is forbidden.
4. You may sell your handcrafted items that utilize our images but you may not create similar products in which you create a competitive relationship. You may not use our designs as your own for your own products such as rub ons, die cuts, stamps and/or other embellishments.
5. Wherever possible, please give credit to Paper Pretties for images you use in/on items you create for resale or publishing.
6. If you would like a free "Hand Stamped" Paper Pretties stamp for the back or your cards or projects, please contact me at hlrcrafts@hotmail.com.
Publication Incentive Policy
Getting published is EXCITING! If you get published using our stamps, we want to reward you with a free Paper Pretties stamp set of your choice!
Rules
1. Project must have appeared in a publication which went on general public sale after August 1st 2010.
2. Project must have been published in a printed magazine on general public sale. Internet E-magazines and newsletters are excluded from this offer.
3. Project must have been made using only Paper Pretties stamps, and the publication must mention the name “Paper Pretties” and the stamp set name.
4. You must submit information allowing verification of your publication (name of magazine, date published, page reference, scan of page if possible) in order to claim your reward. You can contact us at hlrcrafts@hotmail.com
5. Reward consists of 1 Paper Pretties stamp set of your choice.
6. If any particular stamp is out of stock, Paper Pretties reserves the right to offer an alternative stamp set.
7. Limited to one reward per project independently of the number of publications in which it appears.
8. Limited to 2 publication incentives per magazine issue.
9. No cash alternative.
